Crown - Primary Research

Over reading week i went into the Crown and took some pictures..well pictures of everything inside! This was so helpful because i got to see every elements of the crown from the restaurant to the rooms, which means my content is pretty sorted so i don't need to come up with anything.
By looking at the hotel there are a lot of elements that are just lazily designed such as the welcome packs int he rooms the vary so much, there is no one cover which isn't great for the branding elements of the crown. (I took a lot of pictures so i .pdfed them for ease)

There is all the standard stuff like letterheads and menus that i think i am going to re-brand but then there's other things such as the welcome pack that really needs re-doing and then the keys etc. From this i am going to make a list of the most apparent items that i want to re-brand and propose the rest.

Whilst i was looking around i found some of the original menus that the crown had, which was AMAZING. This has really helped me bring together the new and the old, this means that I can use some of the old fonts and the old style of layout etc. This was bring back some of the history to the crown.
